Date Night

Bradshaw Library Hosting Date Night

September 25

College football, the World Series and “new must see tv” aren’t the only big events that arrive with fall. Bradshaw Library’s Date Night can now be added to the list. This year’s event themed A Night to Remember will be Saturday, September 25 at 6:30 p.m. Couples and singles who want to enjoy a nice candlelit dinner are invited to join us in the Library Café. The evening will begin with appetizers followed by dinner served by our teen waiters. The meal will be a three-course offering of a dinner salad, an entrée of chicken or beef with vegetables and dessert. Dinner will be followed by the great new comedy starring Tina Fey and Steve Carrell.
For those of you wondering, “What about the children”? We have the answer. Childcare will be provided for children ages 3 to 12 complete with fun activities and pizza for dinner.
As you can imagine, space is limited so reservations are required. Dinner reservations for couples are $8.00 and $5.00 for singles and childcare is $2.00 per child. Reservations must be made in person at Bradshaw Library or LaFayette Pilot Library by Wednesday, September 22.
For more information about Date Night, call Bradshaw Library at 334-768-2161 or LaFayette Pilot Public Library at 334-864-0012.
